We teach the classical Pilates system — exercises, order, and equipment that build on each other. All new clients begin with an intro path before joining group equipment classes.

Option A
3 Private Sessions
$231

Personalized, one-on-one instruction. Ideal if you have specific goals, injuries, or want focused guidance before joining groups. Package expires in one month — we recommend booking all three within two weeks.

Check availability under Personal Training on our home page before purchasing. If you don't see a time that works, email us at info@simpleformpilates.com with your preferred location, days, and times.
Option B
Intro Group Series
$290 new clients only

10 classes covering foundational Reformer, Tower, and Chair work alongside other newcomers. Best if you enjoy learning in a group environment and are ready to commit to a regular schedule.

Mat classes are available drop-in with no intro required. We recommend mixing in a mat class alongside your intro sessions — it deepens your understanding of the foundational movement principles.

Join group equipment classes

Once you've completed your intro path, you'll move into group equipment classes. Your instructor will guide you to the right level. We recommend attending at least twice a week — progression has no set timeline and is completely individual.

Fundamentals
For clients who know the basic equipment setup. Focus on body mechanics, spring control, and precise movement patterns while gradually building the repertoire.
Open Level
For clients confident with equipment setup and transitions. Full movement patterns with intermediate exercises introduced as your body is ready. A mixed-level environment where experience supports everyone's growth.
Stretch + Strengthen
Tower, Spine Corrector & Chair focus. Slightly slower pace with spring-supported shapes that build length, alignment, and a deeper mind-body connection.
