We teach the classical Pilates system — exercises, order, and equipment that build on each other. All new clients begin with an intro path before joining group equipment classes.
Personalized, one-on-one instruction. Ideal if you have specific goals, injuries, or want focused guidance before joining groups. Package expires in one month — we recommend booking all three within two weeks.
10 classes covering foundational Reformer, Tower, and Chair work alongside other newcomers. Best if you enjoy learning in a group environment and are ready to commit to a regular schedule.
This path is for bodies moving freely and without restriction. If you're managing an injury, a physical limitation, or are pregnant, we'll start you in private sessions instead — so we can tailor everything to you and keep you safe. Once you're ready, we'll welcome you into group classes.

Once you've completed your intro path, you'll move into group equipment classes. Your instructor will guide you to the right level. We recommend attending at least twice a week — progression has no set timeline and is completely individual.
