Kathryn Thole (Poe) grew up in Owego, moved away to NYC, Toronto and Denver before moving back in 2018. Kathryn has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and is certified with The Pilates Center in their 950-hour comprehensive certification program. Before Pilates, Kathryn grew up playing competitive soccer and then turned to Triathlons and after exploring all avenues of exercise she always relied on Pilates to produce the best results. Kathryn has trained in Pilates since 2010 on five years of Privates with Dana Shriberg at The Pilates Movement in Denver, CO. While in Denver she also trained with Cara Reeser at Pilates Aligned. Being able to train with two 2nd generation teachers has been such a wealth of knowledge for Kathryn to incorporate into her own teaching.

Simple Form Pilates//
A new boutique style studio offering classical Pilates. With class sizes limited to 3 clients per class, each client will receive individualized attention throughout the lesson. Private lessons, 30 minutes or 55 minutes, are also available by request. This Classical form of exercise by Joseph Pilates and incorporating the teachings of his five Lineages, using spring loaded equipment and your own body weight, helps build toned strength without unnecessary bulk. The other side of Pilates is maintaining awareness of your body. “Awareness facilitates your movement with grace, stability and harmony with your surroundings.”*
